Rosalind Doré

Labour Councillor for Hale End and Highams Park South and Cabinet Member for Culture, Libraries, Sport and Leisure

Rosalind grew up in Highams Park and went to Handsworth Primary School and Highams Park Secondary school. She has been a councillor for the area since 2018 and is currently Cabinet Member for Culture, Libraries, Sport & Leisure in Waltham Forest. She has worked as a Stage Manager in theatre for nearly twenty years and supports Leyton Orient Football Club. Her local priorities include the restoration of the River Ching and delivering a thriving cultural hub for Highams Park through the redevelopment of the Regal Cinema.
