Keith has lived with his family in Cann Hall Ward since 1977. His three sons have grown up in the ward and attended local Schools. He was first elected for Cann Hall Ward on Waltham Forest Council in 1990 and has worked for the ward since first elected. He is part of the community/ ward that he represents with a real understanding of the needs and concerns within the community. He has spent a lot of years dealing with Local Government Finance and "Fairer Funding for Councils " to deal with poverty , and to provide more nursery and SEND care, funding for the elderly as well as greater social housing provision in the ward and the South of the Borough. He cares about the environment and air quality in Leytonstone and believes we must work for future generations.
